impact in numbers
2015-2016: JA CFA Discovery Center (downtown Atlanta) served students from 4 Metro Atlanta school districts (Atlanta Public, Fulton County, DeKalb County, and Marietta City) with some additional schools impacting 35,367 total students. JA Discovery Center volunteers participated from over 25 community & college organizations, 35 schools, over 250 individuals, and 150 companies comprising a total of 6,071 volunteers.
2015-2016: JA opens the second JA Discovery Center at Gwinnett to serve Gwinnett County Public Schools. Between both facilities, Junior Achievement of Georgia will serve 60% of Georgia's middle school students in 5 Metro Atlanta districts.
